• Experience in managing L&D activities (preferably in IT);

  • Effective networker and good communicator; own connections base in IT/business is a big plus;

  • Business-oriented; passionate about quality and continuous improvement in IT;
  • Project management skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing and relationship-building, as well as delivering presentations and facilitating meetings;
  • Innovative, strong and convincing personality; high energy and drive;
  • Coaching experience is a plus;
  • English (Upper-Intermediate+)
  • Structurize, unite and manage the company’s training and development initiatives within the framework of a newly-formed corporate university;
  • Act as a key driver of corporate L&D; design, implement and evaluate new and existing L&D strategies;
  • Plan and facilitate internal and external community-related activities, with involvement of own and company’s top connections network;
  • Cooperate with the Marketing department on content creation; suggest own tools for the corporate university arrangement;
  • Plan corporate initiatives within the budget;
  • Develop comprehensive L&D needs analysis through communication with the employees;
  • Closely cooperate with internal stakeholders and external vendors or institutions to introduce most effective L&D solutions.
