Product Description
Main areas of work: Linux/Windows servers, virtualization, Web services, Cloud technology, Security, scripting, monitoring, disaster recovery
  • University degree in IT field;
  • At least 1-year work experience as a Helpdesk Team Lead/Head of Helpdesk;
  • Practical knowledge of shaping HD processes and HD management;
  • Experience in report creation and visualization of the data;
  • Very strong client-oriented behavior;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Solid technical knowledge, hands-on manager;
  • Experience in automation tools for HD needs – is a plus;
  • ITIL knowledge – is a plus;
  • System administration background (Windows/Linux).
  • English level – Intermediate.
