Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting and a minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Accounting;
Responsibilities:
  • Ensures that all expenses are within the budget;
  • Tracking payment tasks and ensures that they are closed within deadlines;
  • Maintain documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices;
  • Posting of journal entries: bank transactions;
  • Preparing and reviewing actual Cash Flow and Cash Flow forecast on weekly/monthly/yearly basis;
  • Communication with Finance Manager, CEO on the issues related to cash forecasts and bank payments;
  • Monthly sales commission and loan interests calculation, posting of journal entries;
  • Maintain information about vendors, customers, employees in accounting system;
  • Bank loan processing (communications with bank, support documents preparing);
  • Processing Employee expense reports, verifying expenses are within the company guidelines, correcting errors, questioning abnormal expenses and entering into the finance system;
  • Accounts Receivable posting;
  • Assist in month end closing;
  • Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the Finance Department, assist with other projects as needed;
